By browsing, accessing, or purchasing structured datasets from DBKing ("Platform"), a digital data-products platform operated by iTiNdetail, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the platform or downloading datasets.
2. Nature of Data & Digital Delivery
All products on the platform are structured, non-tangible B2B and institutional datasets compiled from legitimate public corporate directories, business registries, and official records. Access is delivered digitally upon payment confirmation via encrypted download tokens, compressed ZIP streaming, and dedicated cloud storage mirrors (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox).
3. Permitted Use & Customer Compliance Responsibility
Our datasets are licensed for legitimate business operations, market sizing, industry analysis, supplier discovery, and B2B commercial research.
- Compliance with Laws: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any dataset complies with applicable privacy, telecommunications, advertising, and commercial marketing laws.
- Prohibited Unlawful Activities: Customers must not use any dataset for unlawful solicitation, harassment, fraud, impersonation, deceptive practices, or any activity that violates applicable regulations.

4. Download Quotas & Security Telemetry

- Access Token Protection: Sharing access tokens or mirror links on public forums or third-party websites is strictly prohibited and results in immediate link revocation.
5. Invoicing & Commercial Tax
All orders are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Registered businesses providing a valid 15-digit GSTIN during checkout will receive an official tax invoice receipt indicating eligible tax breakdowns.
